2. Information We Collect

VizStudio is designed to be privacy-first. We do not require you to create an account to use the basic features, and we do not collect personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, or phone number unless you explicitly provide it for support purposes.

3. Device Permissions

Our app requests the following permissions to function:

• Camera: To allow you to take photos for AI transformation.
• Media Library: To allow you to select existing images and save your generated artwork.

Note: Images are processed to apply AI effects and are not stored on our permanent servers beyond the active session.

4. AI Processing & Third Parties

To generate AI art, images may be sent to our secure AI processing partners. These partners do not use your images to train their models or identify you personally.

5. Data Retention

We do not store your images on our servers. Once the AI generation is complete and delivered to your device, the temporary data is deleted from our processing queue.
